Rosie and I have been going back and forth on whether we should get an iPad.  I was initially thinking I would get one, I just wasn’t sure which to get. (3G or WiFi only)  I ultimately decided that I didn’t need the 3G, most of the times I was going to be using it, I would be around WiFi. (Like at home)  Plus I always had my iPhone which had fully connectivity.

Then just a couple days ago I decided to hold off.  There was a couple factors for this, the biggest is that my Kindle is totally satisfying my need for a eBook reader.  I know the iPad is probably a better experience, especially for technical books with diagrams.  But on the flip side, the first generation Apple devices are always super expensive and typically get MUCH better with round two. I did this with the iPhone, I ended up waiting almost two years after the first came out and am VERY happy with my 3Gs.

So for right now, I’m going to watch all the excitement and just bind my time.  Back to the spring cleaning around the KU7M radio shack.
